100% / Platinum Club - Update December 22, 2015

Here is a list of all the games I have completed 100% or that I have 'platinumed' with links to some screenshots (PS4) or to their PSNprofiles.com game page with my stats. Sorted chronologically.
I made this list mostly for me, to gawk at it from time to time to see what I have "accomplished" in my gaming career. :D

Street Fighter V Beta in Detail

Capcom just announced some new info about the PlayStation 4 beta of Street Fighter V. The first kick-off will be on July 23rd in North America and July 25th running for five straight days in both regions.

Some iconic characters will be playable on day one throughout the beta phase - Ryu, Chun Li, Nash, and M. Bison. Cammy and Birdie will be added a few days later. That's to test out the new delivery system Capcom as got in store for the new Street Fighter game.

The beta will be online only, no local versus modes are active, as this beta is exclusively to test the online stability and features on a higher scale.

Three stages are available from the get-go, which are Bustling Side Street (China), Terminal Station (London), and the brand new stage the Forgotten Waterfall, see picture above.

I already signed up and can't wait to get the message that I am a beta tester. Try your luck right at http://www.streetfighter.com/ and save your spot in the beta for PS4 only. The dead line is set to July 15th for Europe.

Mad Max vs Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

You have probably seen that both games' releases, Mad Max, an open-world action adventure set in a post-apocalyptic world based on the film series of the same name, and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, the stealth action game that has a solid fan base, made possible by director and writer Hideo Kojima and his crew around Kojima Productions, will fall on the same date, September 1st. This will very likely be a "battle" won by Kojima's gem that so many love.

MARVEL Future Fight

How many games have you played on your phone and thought, "meh, not what I was looking for" and uninstalled the game after a few tries? For me, the number of said games must be in the hundreds. But here comes Netmarble's MARVEL Future Fight and tries to get some of my attention. And it didn't even try hard and was successful. Let me tell you this first off, I have finally found the game I was looking for.

Destiny's Destiny

I have been playing a lot of Destiny. (Not as much as die-hard Destiny fans but enough to say something about it I guess.) I was one of the guys who were so hyped to play this game after I have seen a presentation at a game conference. Pre-ordered for almost €100, Destiny was my one and only game I was playing when the beta was live and when finally on September 9 of 2014 the game was released, a great day as this is the day I was born 25 years ago.

My Gaming History (Part 2)

Last time, I told you my story from the day I first got in contact with games to the point when the PlayStation was released and later I got it as a Christmas present from my mother. (I made a mistake with the years, now that I remember more and more and look at the games I had.) What good days! Now let's take a look on what happened from that day on.

My Gaming History (Part 1)

A typical joystick, actually one I had.
Do you remember when you first held a joystick* in your hands? Do you remember the first time you saw some pixels on a screen moving up and down, left and right, making sounds you never heard before? These were the times when you had to blow in your cartridges to make the game work again, when you had to buy a new joystick every few months because they were destined to die quickly, the times when video game home consoles and someone that has a very remarkable resemblance to me were born.
